  • Nick Armstrong

    Lead Organizer
    Nick Armstrong (he/him) is the Executive Director of Howdy Neighbor Events and lead organizer of Fort Collins Comic Con and Founded in FoCo, events rooted in literacy and support of the Poudre Libraries and the Alliance for Suicide Prevention of Larimer County. An author himself, Nick's love of literacy began with R. L. Stine's Goosebumps, but you won't find a bigger fan of audiobooks in Fort Collins.
  • Angela Kettle

    Library Liason
    Angela Kettle (she/her) is the Programming & Events Manager at Poudre Libraries. With a Bachelor's degree in English and a Master's degree in Education, Angela believes in the power of reading, writing, and literacy to strengthen communities and improve lives. She reads widely, but especially enjoys memoirs, thrillers, and anything by Taylor Jenkins Reid. 
  • Laura Vilaret-Tuma

    Logistics Team
    Laura is the Community Engagement Manager at Fort Collins Museum of Discovery. Driven by a passion for deep community connection, she is eager to contribute her knowledge of inclusion, accessibility, and program development to FoCo Book Fest. Her favorite genres are historical romance and classic novels. 
  • Sarah Melby

    Marketing Team
    Sarah grew up in south Texas before moving to Arkansas to get her degree in Graphic Design. After college, she spent five years working for a small non-profit design firm in the Mississippi Delta region of Arkansas where she discovered and developed her affinity for the intersection of design and community building. She is the graphic designer for the library district and absolutely loves getting to create library-centric designs.

    Marissa Bouska is a community member currently getting her Master's in Library Science. I am an avid reader and audiobook junkie!Currently my favorite books include Tuck Everlasting by Natalie Babbitt, Priory of the Orange Tree by Samantha Shannon, and Clockmaker's Daughter by Kate Morton.

    Ops + Logistics Team
    Annaclaire Crumpton is a passionate cook, skier, and reader of fiction who can often be found hanging out in and around the mountains of Colorado. Annaclaire also runs digital media and communications for Poudre Libraries.
