Mandy Miller

Mandy is novelist and attorney. She is the author of the Grace Locke novels, including States of Grace and Friday Night in The Glades. She holds a J.D. from Northwestern University, as well as a PhD degree in Psychology. She specializes in the representation of the mentally ill and criminally insane. The first half of her career was spent as a mergers and acquisitions attorney on Wall Street where the clientele was better dressed than her criminal clients, but, frequently, equally devious. In her spare time, she indulges her reading and shoe vices and participates in ultramarathons, a sport much like writing a novel in that the journey is long and requires dedication, not to mention a dash of madness.
