Fort Collins-based artist Imani Samuel created Book Fest 2025’s custom artwork. Her illustration perfectly captures this year’s theme, Open Pages Open Minds. Describing the artworks symbolism for this year’s tagline, Samuel stated, “We have the literal open pages/book. The idea of open minds comes from the light bulbs (ideas, brainstorming, etc.), wildflowers (to symbolize a wild and free imagination), starburst (symbolizing a “burst” of ideas), clouds (symbolizing head in the clouds or dreaming) and a person peering into the open book to see the possibilities inside!”
